In order to obtain a Captive Wildlife permit under a Business Name, you must create a Business Account. Click Look Up Business, then Create Business Account. Your business must be registered with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations in order to be permitted as a business in Florida. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission (FWC) collects social security numbers (SSN) for the issuance of
recreational and professional fishing or hunting licenses or permits to an
individual in accordance with s.379 352 FS and 42 USC 666 for the purpose of
administration of the Title IV-D program for child support enforcement, use by
the commission, and as otherwise provided by law.
