TrophyCatch Prizes

Successful TrophyCatch anglers don't just earn bragging rights — they reel in the rewards! Participants can earn prizes and special recognition thanks to the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida and our generous partners. Every verified catch also helps support bass conservation and fisheries research, helping keep Florida's fishing world-class.

Monthly Lunker Leader:

The Monthly Lunker Leader is awarded to the angler with the heaviest combined weight of all Lunker Club catches each month. This prize is awarded based on the approval date and not the catch date, and it is valued at $200. This prize can only be won once per angler per season.

The prize alternates between:

• Shimano rod and reel combo
• Bajío Sunglasses credit code with style selection

TrophyCatch Champion Special Prize:

The angler with the heaviest catch during the current TrophyCatch season is awarded the TrophyCatch Champion prize package.

• AFTCO raingear and bag
• American Registry TrophyCatch Champion commemorative plaque

Big Bag Prize:

Bag weight will be calculated by each angler’s top 5 heaviest catches during the entire season! The angler with the heaviest bag will win the Big Bag Prize!

• Two-night stay at the Mission Inn Resort and a fishing trip with Lake Big Bass Professional Angler, Tim Frederick, FLW Tour Champion!

Hooked on Putnam - Visit Palatka Prize:

All approved Season 15 TrophyCatch bass caught in public and private waters in Putnam County are entered into a random drawing for the prize package. Visit Palatka is responsible for this prize package.

• 3-night stay in Palatka
• 1 day or 2 half days on a fishing charter

Eligibility:

To be eligible for TrophyCatch prizes, anglers must comply with all TrophyCatch Program Terms and Conditions. Prizes are only awarded to anglers with approved catches; see rules for documentation requirements. The club level is determined by the bass' weight. Prizes typically arrive 5-7 weeks after approval (not submission date). All prizes are dependent on availability and are subject to change. TrophyCatch and/or its partners will not replace lost prizes due to incorrect address or contact information on file. For prize questions email: [email protected] or call 1-855-358-7674. FWC employees are not eligible to win prizes related to TrophyCatch other than photo or certificate level recognition. The submitted data helps FWC fisheries research and management. FWC may limit or change the number, type or frequency of prizes awarded, or withhold certain prizes. Prizes are donated through the Fish and Wildlife Foundation of Florida.
